My order is within the United States. What are my shipping options?

Orders over $59 qualify for free shipping. Otherwise, orders will be charged a flat rate of $9.00 for standard shipping in the US or Canada.

Where's your shipping facility located and what are your hours of operation?

Our office and fulfillment center is located in Owings Mills, Maryland 21117. We ship Monday-Friday 10am-6pm, except on Holidays.

What carrier do you use to ship orders?

Most orders are shipped via USPS, Fed Ex Smart Post (U.S. Domestic) or DHL (International).

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, we do! However, we will process the order offline because of the additional taxes and customs charges that the customer incur. Please note invoices will be issued before shipment to cover such charges. Also, all international sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges. For more information, please email us at

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes!  We have a flat rate freight service to Canada for $9.00 on orders over $59 USD. 


Do you deliver to Maryland Residents?
Most residents of Maryland may have the option to select 4-24 hour same day delivery service. 

To be eligible, your delivery address must be approximate within 25-30 miles radius of our Shop. Your order must be placed between 10am-5pm EST. Delivery fees will vary per address. If eligible, a invoice for delivery service will be emailed to you after checkout.

Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped to me?

Unfortunately, we're unable to withhold shipping charges for online orders unless customer uses a coupon code. However, our showroom is opened to the public by appointment only. We do not guarantee the time frame, but we do try to accommodate our local clients.



What is your return policy?

Our Jewelry, Caps, Masks, Custom apparel and Accessory items are final sale. We do accept returns on T-shirts and other garments with original tags, unworn/used condition within 3-5 days of receipt. The return will be at the expense of the customer. We ask that the customer get tracking just in case package is lost- we will not be held liable.

How long will it take to get a refund?

Please allow 5-7 business days from the date your return is received for your original form of payment to be credited.

What if damaged or incorrect items are mailed to me, am I eligible for a refund?

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact Place your order number in the subject line; and attach a photo of the damage/wrong item you received. We will gladly replace and reissue the item and provide a special code for a discount on future purchases!
